Christian Reform Church

We have included this building which was completed by one of our senior architects while working for J  David Macaulay Architects. The  the concept for the brief is imaginative. The Christian Reform Church is a new build church in Ontario, Canada.  In Canada many religious communities develop buildings that function both as places of worship as well as providing multifunctional spaces for use by the community.  These buildings create a focus for the community and promote the use of the building throughout the week. They embrace and support all age groups and activities from group gathering to personal prayer.

The accommodation in this church includes a 650 seat sanctuary, back of stage area, multipurpose hall, kitchen ,  nursery, classrooms/meeting rooms, youth room, office area, storage, lounge and library.
