Kilmacolm, Avenel Plot1

The Brief

Our  brief here was to act as  executive architects working with Robert Adam Architects of Winchester on the construction of six new build houses on the six acre Avenel Estate in the village of Kilmacolm in  West Central Scotland. The houses were designed  in the  Scottish Arts & Crafts style and local West of Scotland architectural vernacular style in which much of Kilmacolm and neighbouring villages are designed. They were to be finished to an “exceptional standard and quality”.
