The Technology Terrace

The Technology Terrace is our best example of an office / light industrial project. The development comprises of 14,500 sq ft which is designed to offer functional accommodation particularly suited to life science companies and has  a mixture of mezzanine office and potential ground floor laboratory space. This type of accommodation suits smaller 'incubator' companies with support at hand to assist them in the early stages of research and development until they establish themselves in larger premises either on the Science Park or elsewhere within the City.Thomas Robinson Architects were retained to design interior fit out contracts for occupiers as the units became occupied.
