The Way We Work

Stage 1

• We get to know and understand you.
• We listen to your ideas and challenge them where necessary.
• We formalise the brief and intention for the project.

Stage 2

• If we have completed the first stage well  the design will come together successfully.
• We then design and draw the project and model the spaces using computer animation.

Stage 3

• We involve other consultants in the relationship eg engineers and quantity surveyors.
• We start a dialogue with the local authorities and apply for Planning Permission.
