Air Tightness
Thomas Robinson Architect’s new house at Gartocharn exceeds Scottish Buildings Standards Regulations for Air Tightness by a factor of three. Their client Steve Macken of Lomond Energy was delighted after commissioning air tightness testing and commented : “there can be a storm raging outside and we are blissfully unaware of it inside”.
