Thomas Robinson is a qualified and experienced Passivhaus architect, and has designed houses to this extremely energy-efficient model.
Tom Robinson is an accredited and experienced European Passivhaus designer. This world-renowned building method aims to dramatically reduce the requirement for space heating and cooling, while also creating excellent indoor air quality and comfort levels. This is obtained by using specific materials and methods of building.
A Passive House must have a heating demand of not more than 15 kWh/m2 per annum and have total primary energy consumption of not more than 120 kWh/m2 per annum. In layman’s terms, this makes it very comfortable to live in, and keeps energy bills to a minimum.
Tom regularly applies Passivhaus fundamentals to other projects, which means all clients’ benefit from this specialist knowledge. For further information about our sustainability services and benefits please click here >
