This service is for when your project is on site. As Project Managers we oversee and administer the building contract between you and your builder. The building contractor is responsible for building the project. Our service is to monitor this process and administer the contract and to visit the site to see that this is done as the drawings have stated. This is a service that would usually be part of the full architectural service, following all other stages, such as the design and planning permission stage, and the technical and working drawings stage.
