Commercial Interior Architecture

We have a structured approach to the creative process of interior architecture, following approved RIBA Stages to produce commercial and largescale projects with design flair. We begin with careful brief taking, then test ideas and design concepts in collaboration with our clients and any stakeholders. We communicate the ideas freely by sketching and image sharing, and hone the concept design into a set of plans, models, elevations and CGI’s which bring the concepts to life and move the project to the next stage. Designs are then fully drawn and specified in BIM, and can be quantified and scheduled.

We can then project manage or collaborate with other professional teams to deliver.

Where we excel in commercial design and delivery is our experience of slotting into a professional design team, or taking the lead. We have experience in working on a range of commercial projects and sites and will provide buildable and creative interior solutions with professionalism, flair and attention to detail.

Our deep knowledge of how interiors work is always at the heart of the interior architecture process, whether we’re dealing with a listed castle, contemporary visitor centre, office space or church.

Our specialist knowledge of traditional architecture and conservation architecture and their interiors often comes to the fore on largescale commercial projects in Scotland.
