Architectural Visualiser

Visualisation is a key part of our design process, we are looking for someone with a degree in architecture or having a (digital) design background.
A typical selection of projects that you would work on could range from a Community Library, through to listed building renovations, luxury new build private residences, rural housing or off-grid holiday developments.

The Role:
You will be expected to deliver architectural visualisations at a viable and pragmatic level of detail based on the stage of the projects and number of iterations involved.
Visualisation:
- Revit to tweak models in 3D view as well as some modelling of details and furniture
- Twinmotion build environment and render images
- Photoshop and InDesign for final adjustments and documentation
- General knowledge of the TRA digital workflow and file structure
- Produce imagery for different purposes; design, marketing
- Keep up to date with software updates/advancements and workflow techniques
Other Tasks:
- Graphic design of documents, InDesign
- Stage 3 design iteration proposals
- Sketch colour ups (photoshops)
- Website entry
- Preparing media for marketing
- Image library management
Skills and Attributes:
Personal:
- Organised and able to manage your time within external and internal deadlines
- Able to manage multiple projects at different stages
- Able to follow, engage and add to practice processes
- Able to communicate well with colleagues, consultants and clients
- A team player with a can-do approach, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
- A practical and pragmatic approach to technical challenges
Technical:
- Experienced Twinmotion or similar rendering software
- Revit
- Photoshop and inDesign, Adobe Creative Suite
Hours:
- Full-time/Part-time
- 30-37.5 hours per week
- Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday
- Holidays - Standard Pro Rata

Competitive relating to experience

Ability to commute:
Glasgow, G63 0EU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
