BUTE YARD GETS PLANNING PERMISSION

By Fiona Robinson30th November 2020

Planning permission has been granted for this hugely exciting regeneration project in the heart of Rothesay on the isle of Bute.

The project is fascinating – a new central hub for locals and visitors, including a café, event space and large courtyard for markets, gatherings and fun. There’s also space for local food producers Bute Gin and the Bute Brew Co Brewery to have a permanent home at Bute Yard.

The surrounding mix of historic and industrial buildings has inspired our design to incorporate old and new, with an industrial-chic sensibility. We’re creating a vibrant welcoming space to entice people in and encourage creativity and enterprise. It’s a really exciting venture to be part of.

We envisage Bute Yard being a great success, with key forward-thinking groups, individuals and businesses behind it.

Have a look at our Commercial Projects pages for more information about Bute Yard. And watch this space for more updates as the project progresses.
