Supplementary Planning Guidance on Design and Placemaking and Housing

Thank you to LLTNP for the informative session on the above proposed supplementary guidance.

Changes are interesting particularly to the delivery of affordable housing in the National Park in Accessible Rural Stirling and Loch Lomondside areas (this includes Callander, Milton Aberfoyle, Gartmore, Luss, Drymen, Croftamie and Gartocharn). In the proposal, anyone wanting to develop up to three plots will be required to either build affordable housing or make a financial contribution. Further details can be found here .

Thomas Robinson Architects work with the LLTNP and successfully gain many planning permissions in this beautiful area of Scotland. If you are thinking of building in the LLTNP or any other Scottish National Park and would like to discuss your project, please get in touch with Tom Robinson. 01360 661144 tom@thomasrobinsonarchitects.co.uk
