LUXURY SCOTS BARONIAL SPORTING LODGE
5th October 2020This is an exciting commission in the Lowlands of Scotland. The task was to create designs for the renovation of an existing farm steading plus luxurious new accommodation for estate guests. It had to be an exemplary example of traditional Scottish vernacular architecture which would sit sympathetically within the steading and the rolling landscape.
Our process led us through detailed iterations exploring the location of the sporting lodge relative to the steading and how to totally reuse the existing buildings.
