This house is the first in Scotland to achieve the EnerPHit standard – meaning we used Passivhaus methodology on an upgrade, rather than a newbuild, creating a home with benefits to health and comfort plus the advantage of low energy costs.
Sustainable building is always a consideration, and this low-energy project in the national park is close to our hearts, as the owners continued to work with us when converting charming stone barns into highly energy-efficient holiday accommodation.
