Avenel Plot 2 shares the same quality, finish and thermal performance features as all of the houses in this development of 5 houses, on which we acted as Executive Architects for Hugh Petter of ADAM Architecture in England. Each traditional house is individually designed on a large scale, built solidly with its own specific aesthetic features. In Plot 2, all of the principle rooms have a southern aspect with light coming from at least two directions.
Our Executive Architecture team applied the established specification to this house tailoring it to suit the more rectangular design. Repeated review and inspections of the sophisticated systems in the house throughout the design and construction ensured high standards of quality and detail were maintained.
The house has the same fresh air quality, thermally comfortable environment, lightness, and uplifting feel of all five of the houses in the Avenel Development.
